This website is designed to demonstrate Tandemora's work without collecting client documents, model inputs, or confidential project information.

Enquiry data

The enquiry form collects your name, email, international phone number, company, selected solution family, short problem description, optional indicative investment range, locale, acknowledgment version, and a technical submission identifier. Tandemora uses these details only to assess and respond to the enquiry, prepare the fit call, confirm or remind you by email or phone, and decide the appropriate next step. Do not include credentials, client-confidential information, sensitive personal data, source code, or regulated information.

Processors and scheduling

Cloudflare Turnstile verifies that the request is not automated. Resend delivers one notification to both founders. After successful delivery, the visitor may continue to Cal.com; only name and email are included in that scheduling URL. Cal.com then processes booking information under the configured Tandemora account and its applicable terms. Hosting and provider logs may process technical request metadata for security and reliability.

Retention and access

Tandemora provisionally retains unsuccessful enquiry and booking information for no longer than 12 months after the last substantive interaction, and should delete or anonymize it earlier when no longer needed. If an engagement begins, only necessary records move into the client system and follow the agreed contractual and legal schedule. Access is limited to the founders and approved service providers. The website itself has no separate lead database.

Marketing and recordings

Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Calls are not recorded through this website in v1. Recording and transcription remain disabled until separate provider, consent, contract, access, redaction, retention, and legal controls are approved and published.

Public demonstrations

Public case studies use precomputed outputs and open or purpose-built non-sensitive data. They do not process visitor documents, camera feeds, order histories, or other uploaded inputs.

Client work

Client data handling is defined separately for each engagement. Sensitive data should remain in the client's environment when practical, with explicit access, region, retention, and deletion terms.

Controller, rights, and production status

Tandemora is the public brand of Together Software Corporation SRL. Before production collection is enabled, the controller notice must also publish reviewed registration and contact details, provider agreements, transfer safeguards, deletion procedure, and rights/complaint instructions. Until that work is complete, production lead intake must remain disabled. This notice will be updated before analytics, uploads, marketing, recording, or new processors are introduced.
